Shipping Instructions

• Orders will be shipped approximately 2-3 business days after placement (excluding the order date). National holidays are not included.
• Delivery hours are Monday to Friday, up to 6:00 PM. No deliveries are scheduled on public holidays.
• In the case of increased orders during holiday seasons or force majeure events such as natural disasters, shipment delays may occur.
• For Home Delivery: Actual delivery schedules will be determined by the route arranged by the courier.
• For Convenience Store Pickup: Please pay attention to the notification SMS and pick up your order within 7 days of arrival. Failure to collect may result in shipping losses, which will be borne by the customer.
