{NOMAD NEST} will never request your financial account or credit card information through SMS or phone calls under any circumstances. We will also never ask you to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM via such means.
If you receive any related calls or messages, please remain vigilant and do not follow instructions from unknown callers. If you have any doubts, please contact {NOMAD NEST} immediately or call the Anti-Fraud Hotline at 165 for verification.
If you receive calls with prefixes such as “+”, “+2”, or “+886”, please exercise caution. Be aware of potential phone number spoofing or impersonation of companies, banks, or legal authorities. Do not click on unknown links or accept friend requests or messages from unfamiliar sources on LINE or SMS.
Common fraud schemes include “duplicate orders” or “accidental installment payments,” used to gain your trust and then request online banking or ATM operations. For any issues related to your bank account, please contact your bank directly. If a caller asks you to operate your account or provide personal information, please refuse to comply to reduce the risk of fraud.
Additionally, we recommend regularly updating your passwords, using strong passwords that combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. Avoid entering your account credentials on public computers to enhance your information security.
{NOMAD NEST} wishes you all the best.
